From blank canvas to granny chic - this bedroom makeover was all about layering vintage charm with bold pattern play and thoughtful finds from HomeSense.

I had the pleasure of transforming three rooms for the HomeSense 2025 Spring Open House, and this bedroom might just be my favourite. For inspiration, I designed a mood board to set the tone. Then came the thrill of the find: hundreds of HomeSense treasures, including handmade pieces from around the globe - and yes, all that dreamy bed drapery? That magic is all made from sheets ❣️

Every room and project starts with a vision - but it’s the layers, textures, and unexpected pieces that make it feel alive. When you’re designing a space, having the freedom to choose - from the playful to the practical - is what brings a concept to life. It’s all in the details. 🌟
