I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I AM DOING
This four-piece painting series is a creative collaboration between Tiffany and her mother, Peggy-a shared canvas passed back and forth until they both felt the work was complete. Layering mixed media and metallic foils, they painted intuitively, allowing colour, emotion, and play to guide the process.
The title, “I Do Not Know What I Am Doing,” comes from the phrase Peggy repeated throughout their time together-a sentiment that became the soul of the series. What began as uncertainty transformed into a celebration of creative courage: the reminder that making art isn’t about knowing how to do it but being willing to begin.
Each piece holds the imprint of two hands, two hearts, and the quiet magic of creating something side by side.
